Strategic Account Manager (m/f/d) - Heidelberg, Germany

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager with a strong understanding of biological processes in medical research to join our growing team in Heidelberg, Germany. In this role, you will drive the expansion of PROGEN´s gene and cell therapy business, combining your scientific expertise with strong commercial acumen.

Working closely with our cross-functional team and reporting to the Head of Sales, the Strategic Account Manager leads client discovery and sales efforts, manages customer relationships, and ensures a seamless customer experience from first contact to ongoing support.

This is a hybrid role with three days per week on premise in office in Heidelberg.
