Background
The antibody recognizes the nucleolar helicase protein NOH61 (61 kDa), a constitutive nucleolar protein which has been highly conserved during evolution.
NO-440 stains specifically the granular component of the nucleolus in interphase cells. During mitosis the protein is localized accumulated around the condensed chromosomes.

The optimal antibody dilution for your specific protocol and application needs to be titrated in your lab with your equipment and sample. The optimal dilution may vary between protocols and samples. Antigen retrieval for IHC on FFPE sections) this should also be mentioned on the antibody datasheet.
