PROGEN uses Priority Delivery Service Federal Express (FedEx) or other carriers for international shipments. Please notify us if your institution requires the use of a freight forwarder. All freight charges are sent collect, unless prior arrangements have been made. We ship our products directly from our warehouses in Germany or USA within 3 working days after receipt of the purchase order. Shipping time depends on the country of destination.

* Shipments on dry ice or on freeze packs will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays unless requested otherwise.
Handling Charges
Shipping costs depend on package size, weight and destination. Please get in touch for specific requests. The shipment of hazardous items is governed by the Air Transport Association (IATA).

Special Instructions
Special customer requests regarding filling, packaging, shipping, required documentation or other shipping aspects should be communicated when placing the order to assure compliance. If a shipment is delayed or in jeopardy due to customer's failure to communicate special information or requirements, the customer shall be responsible for shipment costs.
